Siat Nigeria Limited (Supervisor, Boiler plant/ steam turbine) January 2011 – present

  • Work as part of a team to generate high temperature, high pressure steam for production lines and conduct daily/ weekly inspection of pipes, steam lines, valves, boiler fittings and mountings to detect leaks or malfunctions, and replace defective components using hand tools.
  • Perform weekly/ monthly routine maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment, economizer, electric motors, valves and pressure pumps etc.
  • Make adjustment, or minor repairs such as tightening leaking gland, pipe joints, clean and lubricate auxiliary equipment using hand tools.
