Tuition
Every account is set up with a credit or debit card. Tuition will be charged on the 5th of every month to the card on file, beginning with August 5th. Please see the tuition scale on the website.
Late fee: $10 late fees are applied to accounts after the 20th of the month.
Registration fee: $12/student dance and tumble
If you are new and don’t have a credit card on file, or you need to update your card, please see the office the first week of class.
*30 day notice if dropping a class. Please visit the office to fill out a drop form. Team fees are non-refundable.
Team fees
Fees will be charged to your card on file on the 20th/month August-March. If you paid a $100 company deposit, this will be applied to your total fees.
Communication
Email is our main communication at the studio. Please make sure we have an email for you that you will check often.
We also use recorded phone messages, and keep our website up to date. Check out the studio calendar on the website for class weeks and studio closure dates. Also, join our FB page to receive important information. Each team will also have a private Facebook page. Watch for this soon. Every team has one or two team moms. They will be informing you of important information as well.

Parking Procedures
VERY IMPORTANT! Please follow all signs for entry/exit. Please view the parking procedure link on the email. For safety reasons, please ask your dancers to wait inside the building for pick-up.

Lost & Found
We have lost & found bins located in the main lobby of each building. Please check these often!
At the end of each month, we donate all items left at the studio. Synergy is not responsible for anything misplaced at the studio.
Attendance
Team members must attend all team rehearsals, including extra rehearsals, technique, and ballet classes. Extra rehearsals will be scheduled Saturday mornings or weeknights during the months of January through April. (Other extra rehearsals may be required.) A dancer may be permanently removed from a routine for missing too many rehearsals. This is left to the discretion of the instructor. Team fees will not be refunded in this case. Team members must notify studio staff when absent.
What to wear
All team/company members are required to follow the dress code for each class. A pattern of being unprepared may result in team suspension or dismissal.
Ballet Class- ballet shoes, pink tights, black leotard, hair pulled back in bun and secured.
Technique- teacher discretion
**Please be ON TIME to your classes. Put all your personal beginnings into the studio cubbies and clean up all your food and garbage.
