Operation Instructions
一.Brief introduction
ACS-D Series Digital Price-Computing Scale produced in our factory is a multi-function measuring apparatus. It has the characteristics of accurate measure ,sensitivity, easy operation and steady function etc. It adops an advanced chip computer and a sensor of superpresion with the reliable and steady performance and durability.
二.Main qualifications and functions
Specifications: 3kg/1g, 6kg/2g, 15kg/5g,30kg/5g, 30kg/10g，40kg/10g。
Accuracy: Grade Ш Prevision(1/3000FS)
Sampling speed: 40t/s
Set-tare: The set-tare weight is equal to the maximum weighing.
Over weight: Alarm automatically when the weight is over 0.15% of the maximum.
Comprehensive function; it has the functions of auto-tracking, set-zero, set-tare
Accumulation, overweight alarm, for both AC and DC, battery alarm, auto-stop to save energy and

三.Operation instruction
After opening box, please place the scale on the firm and flat table and adjust it in the horizontal position.
- Insert the plug in the socket and now the AC indicator is Turn on thepower switch and
- the electronicscale is doing automatic check out. The indicator displays “0”after flashing “8”. The weight window indicates the following:

-----(at the middle) / Display long time,zero position is unsteady / Wind or wet

3 weigh up subject
3.1.1 Don’t weigh up the subject that is weigher than maximum. If the machine is overweigh, it will display “OL” and hear of the alarm voice. User should move the subject right now from the machine to avoid damaging it.
3.2 Compute price
3.2.1 Input the needed unit price with number keys.
3.2.2 the interval of inputting two numbers can’t be beyond 6 seconds (If the interval is over 6 seconds, user needn’t press clear away key and the system will display new price.)
3.2.3The weight window shows minus number (for example minus tare weight), the total price window will display “-----“,it shows no sum of money.
3.2.4The sum of money window shows “------”, it shows the sum of money is over 9999.99.
3.3 store and adjust and take out unit price
storage:input unit price that use needs,press save key,then press Mx key(x=1～8),the unit price will besaved into the Mx key,the former unit price will be changed a new price.
Take out unit price:press Mx jey and all prices will appear.
3.4 set-tare
Weight up some subject with any container, please put the container on the machine, press set-tare key. When the weight window shows zero , put the subject into the container. Then net weight of subject will be getten.
3.5.Accummulating operation
When many kinds of subject will be purchased, the machine has the accumulation function. For example: A subject 1.500KG,unit price USD5.00/KG; B subject 0.700KG,unit price USD8.00/KG,please check the following: (1)put the A subject on the machine, the weight window displays 1.500kg,input the unit price USD5.00,the sum of money window displays USD7.50; (2) Press accumulation key, the accumulation light is shining, it means that the machine is in a accumulation condition. The unit price window displays add 01, the sum of money window displays 7.50; (3)Move the A subject from the machine, the machine will resume to work; (4)Put the B subject on the machine, the weight window displays 0.700kg,input unit price USD8.00/kg,the sum of money window displays USD5.60; (5) Press accumulation key, the accumulation light is shining ,it means that the machine is in a accumulation condition. The unit price window displays Add 02, the sum of money window displays USD13.10.Do that again, the accumulation will reach 99 times.
3.6 accumulation clear away operation
3.6.1 When the machine is in a accumulation condition, press clear away key, the unit price window displays Clr, the accumulation light is down, it means that the machine isn’t in a accumulation condition, and user can continue to do next accumulation operation.
3.6.2 Nun accumulation condition, unit price is untrue, press clear way key, then input the right unit price.
3.7set-zero
Without any subject, the weight window displays not zero, press set-zero key to clear away .
3.8 turn off the machine
All operations are finished . Please turn off the switch ,then take out the socket from the machine.
4 Points of attention:
4.1The battery should be recharged on time as soon as the energy is end, otherwise the battery will be damaged. The recharged time should be controlled: the usual recharged time 1.2 hours after using one hour. If the machine don’t be used long time , please recharge the battery 24 hours continually every two or three months to avoid damage the battery.(engineer advises: please turn off the machine then recharge the battery)
4.2e battery can’t be connected the two lines freely.(The right way: red line is connected with red port, black line is with black port)
4.3 the electronic scale must avoid being rain-drenched, being thrown or collided.
4.4 Users should take care of the product guarantee card, package and invoice. There is a year’s guarantee from the date the scale provided that it is transported an used properly. (Don’t open the lead-tight paper strip seal and no-artificial fault appears.)The seller is responsible for the three guarantees.
4.5 in order to guarantee the accuracy of the electronic scale, it must be inspected and safeguarded in the institution designated or authorized by State Bureau of Technical Surpervision at regular intervals.
