Or you and your homies might be lined in chalk = Als het misgaat en je vermoordt wordt, wordt de positie van je lichaam met krijt op de grond getekend. (heb je vast wel eens in een film gezien)

If they cant understand it, how can they reach me? = Als mensen me niet begrijpen, hoe kunnen ze me dan ooit helpen, goede raad komt niet aan want ze kunnen zich niet in mij inleven.

Hij wil waarschiijnlijk doorgeven dat het slecht gaat met de wereld. Je kunt bijna geen normaal leven leiden, je moet vechten voor je bestaan. Gangsters hebben de macht, als je je niet aan hun regels houdt ben je je leven niet zeker. Mensen doen elkaar pijn, alles draait om geld en niet meer om liefde. Als je eenmaal in de moeilijkheden zit kun je er haast niet meer uitkomen.
Ofwel, nogal een depressief liedje!
