Free E-Mail Accounts – How to Set Up Your Own!
How to Set Up a Yahoo Account:
Step One:
To begin the process, you will need to go to the following web addresses: for Yahoo http://mail.yahoo.com/
When you type in these address, you will be prompted to sign up for a new account or login if existing member. Just click on “Sign Up Now - ” See illustration below:
Step Two:
A form will appear that requires you to submit your name and create an e-mail address/ID and password. It will ask you to choose from a security question and you will supply the answer. If you lose your ID and Password, you can always receive this information in the future as long as you remember the answer to your security question. The best thing to do is write down your ID and Password until you feel assured that you will remember it. You will also be required to verify your registration by typing the letters and/or numbers that appear in a box. Do not be alarmed if it looks a little strange, but you will be able to identify them if you just look closely. The final step in the process is to accept the “Terms of Service” and click on “I Agree.” You will then be taken into your mailbox area.
Step Three:
Once completed you will be taken into your E-Mail Account and will be able to begin to create e-mail messages and Address Books.
How to Set Up a MSN Hotmail Account:
Step One:
To begin the process, you will need to go to the following web addresses: for MSN Hotmail www.hotmail.com or via http://login.passport.net/uilogin.srf?id=2. When you type in one of these addresses, you will be prompted to sign up for a new account or login if existing member. Just click on “Sign Up”.
Step Two:
Select the MSN Hotmail free account, see picture below:
Step Three:
A form will appear that requires you to submit your name and create an e-mail address/ID and password. It will ask you to choose from a security question and you will supply the answer.
