- Re-vamped Radiology presentations to didactic students.

- Assisted student in obtaining funding to Honduras by writing grant to the Centers for Faith and Vocations—Grant received by Student Maria Jusseaume. We will be participating in medical brigades.

- Assist in restructuring curriculum to balance standard requirements, university requirements, and student (and patient) needs
- This has been a long and tedious process that the entire PA faculty has worked diligently to complete. We will continue this process as we transition into the Master’s degree.
- Re-evaluate course objectives for all lectures
- Completed. We will continue this process as we transition into the Master’s degree.
- Assist in the Re-accreditation process for the PA Program
- This has been a long and tedious process that the entire PA faculty has worked diligently to complete.
- Re-structure the OBGYN portion of AP322
- Will deliver these lectures April 2005

- Complete research project regarding the personal and professional use of supplements by physician assistants in Indiana
- Research completed and manuscript in process
- Re-evaluate course assessment tool utilized by COPHS
- Participated on the assessment for excellence committee which introduced the new evaluation instruments on Perception for the first time in December 2004
C. Briefly describelast year’s goals for service to the university and/or to your profession and your achievement of those goals.
- Implement PA/physician dinners for promotion of job opportunities for Butler graduates as well as PAs in Indiana
- Due to limited financial resources these dinners never materialized; I have provided the Indiana Academy of Physician Assistants with all the information to promote these types of services.
- Serve as a Reference Committee Member in the HOD in Las Vegas, NV
- Completed. Excellent experience
- Continue with the Spirituality Advisors Group (spearheaded by Greg Sharer) and the Catholic student group
- Due to time conflicts I could not attend Advisors Group; however, I continue to serve as faculty advisor for the Catholic Student Group

V.Last year’s evaluation by your dean or department head included a summary of your strengths and weaknesses. How have you responded to that evaluation over the past year?
- Comment was “very strong in all areas”. I have attempted to remain a team player and help out in ways that the program has needed help. Additionally, I have continued to expand the knowledge of my profession to assist students, graduates and faculty.
