Position Title: Regional Sales Head

IBSFINtech is looking for aRegionalSalesHeadwho can provide theSalesLeadership for the Region with focus on B2BSales. He or She should be a go-getter, result-oriented, and self-driven. He or she will be totally responsible for the achievement of customer acquisition and revenue goals.

Your job as a Regional Sales Head is to identify sales leads, pitch IBSFINtech Innovative Product Suite and Services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with all customers.

A day in the life of a Regional Sales Head might include tasks like,

  • Drive regional sales strategies for the company
  • Screens and qualify potential business opportunities
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Interacting with existing/potential clients for various business related matter
  • Planning and preparing presentations, product demo
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Coordinating with vendors for digital marketing, website maintenance
  • Preparing MIS reports
  • Providing management with feedback

Ideal candidate brings along

  • A Master’s degree in Business management/administration, marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 year of experience as a Business Development Manager in the Software Product Sales, preferably Financial Technologies
  • Overall 6+ years of experience in Sales role
  • Knowledge of Treasury and Trade Finance preferable
  • Experience utilizing the internet as a sales vehicle
  • High analytical skills
  • Must hold a valid passport
  • The candidate should have good customer relationship management skills on all levels in order to generate new business
  • Desire to learn, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge

Job Location: Mumbai, New Delhi, with occasional travel within and outside India.
