HOME MISSION SUNDAY: is celebrated today, the theme: PROCLAIM God’s Mercy. On this day we are encouraged to pray for the work of evangelisation in England & Wales, remembering in our prayers especially those whom we know are distant from the life of faith. Please support the second collection which provides funding for the bishops’ national work of evangelisation & includes the development of this year's Proclaim’15: Building Missionary Parishes initiative. The collection ensures that the Catholic Faith Centre is resourced to respond to those who have questions about the Catholic Faith. It is possible to donate online at: Please take a prayer card.

BAPTISM COURSE: the next course for parents (who have registered with the parish for at least three months) is on Saturday 26th September at 2pm in church. Parents will need to give proof of their baptism and that of the Godparents.
HOSPITAL MASS: all are welcome for Mass in the L&D hospital 0n the last Friday of the month- beginning on Friday 25th September at 12.30pm in the hospital chapel.
LUX.TEACHINGS: is a monthly event that NYMO runs for 11-18yrs, hosted by a different parish in the Diocese This month’s topic is: How to be a green Catholic! and is at St Martin De Porres Friday 25th September 7.00-9.00pm.
