Project is introduced
divide into 3 groups
film group
drama group
radio group
start discussing the assignment of the different tasks such as acting,
directing, camera, script etc. Note: every student writes a part of the
script for his/her group, this can be done in teamwork
HW: Write a brief concept on how you think the novella can best be presented with your group

session II
Students agree on concept
discuss the concepts in your group and decide how you will go on
decide what is important and what can/must be omitted for time or
other reasons
present your concept to the class
agree on "final" concept and make writer teams
HW: The first team of writers starts writing the script for their group
session III + ff
Students discuss their scripts
this and the following 4 lessons will be used as discussion meetings,
where the writers present their script to their group and explain, what
they have written and why.
Questions concerning the text might arise at this point, they are
discussed with the teacher with each group individually.
HW: Keep on writing

session VIII
Students present their scripts and concepts
present your finished scripts and concepts to the class and discuss it
add new ideas, make alterations if necessary etc.
think of how to realize your projects, make a detailed plan
HW: Start organising the realization of your projects according to your plan (video camera, tape recorder, stage location etc. is provided by teacher)

Students realize their projects
every group has their own location where they film, record or play act
HW: As the projects have to be realized within three lessons only, students may have to do part of it as homework

Students present their projects
every group presents their film/radio play/drama

session XIII
Feature film
As a follow up, the students watch the film
