Description :

In a large organization, there is every probability of a communication gap between the officers and their respective subordinates it so happens because of the work exigencies that these officials are involved in and the enormous travel that they are subjected to. At times, a particular officer remains out of station on official work for considerable period & when he is back at office, he is on a hot seat. As, there is huge mail, rejoinders, and reminders awaiting his attention. Presently, since almost all the correspondence is over net, the mail is too big to manage efficiently. More so, the Minutes of Meeting arrived at on a previous date of Meeting among various levels of hierarchy are simply ignored leading to a chaotic situation wherein, it becomes really difficult task to segregate the mail & other responses to be attended to on priority basis. Also, it is quite impossible to track up the work progress on individual basis, as there is no documentation available as to which officer is assigned what in the last meeting. For this, we plan to develop an application by virtue of which we can ease out the apparent task as follows.

1. Draw the minutes of Meeting into a well documented format

2. Assign responsibilities on individual basis

3. Fix up time bound targets

4. Decide upon the frequency of feedback from the subordinate to the reporting officer

5. Categorization of the feedback depending on how important & urgent it is

6. Discrete segregation of responses into Inbox1 (receiving responses from subordinates), Inbox2 (for receiving instructions from Superiors), Outbox1 (for sending instructions to subordinates), Outbox2 (for sending responses to superiors)

7. Automatically send Reminders to Subordinates upon not receiving the responses

8. Making Compilation reports based on the subordinates’ responses & forward the feedback to immediate superiors

9. Shift the Compilation reports once they are approved by superiors into History Box for viewing the same at a future date

10. Facility of drawing reports of any document at any point of time

Project Description :

Fixed assets are created by means of capital expenditure. In Byrraju Foundation, the organization incurs capital expenditure every year for operations under various schemes in various branches. Under these branch offices the organization will have different locations and different schemes are implemented. In each branch, each location and each scheme will have fixed assets. These Fixed assets should be maintained by Fixed Asset Register.

Fixed Asset Register is aimed to develop user friendly web application which captures all the fixed assets which are owned by various adopted villages under various schemes of Byrraju Foundation and gives the user the facility to add, modify, delete and search an asset.
