Course Description / Credits
This course is designed for Health care providers who treat lung cancer patients and should be aware of the various modalities of non invasive and invasive testing, as well as medical, surgical or combined management treatment strategies based on staging and patient function. / 2
Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
(1) Increase primary care practitioners’ knowledge on the evidence for mammography, screening and strengthen their commitment to screening their patients
(2) Inform primary care practitioner’s knowledge of screening recommendations for the elderly based on recent study
(3)Obtain feedback from primary care practitioners on tools and resources needed to increase mammography screening rates in their practices.
