Welcome to K9BWell - Holistic Health for Dogs, Inc! Whether you are a long time devotee or a first time user of holistic care,I hope that your experience with me helps you on the path towards better health for your animal. The basicprinciples of my holistic care are: Do No Harm, The Healing Power of the Body, Practitioner as Teacher, and Balance the Whole Dog.

Utilizing these principles appropriately and caring for each animal individually can be a more involved process than youmay have encountered with other health care providers. I believe that health is not merely the absence of disease but a vibrant state of well-being.

My goal is to balance your animal as a whole animal – mind, body, andspirit.

I am neither a medical physician nor a veterinarian. I do not prescribe, diagnose nor treat disease. I recommend that you continue a close relationship with your licensed veterinarian and inform him that you are also seeking holistic consultation for your pet.

As a holistic health care provider, Irespect the innate intelligence of the animal’s body. As we do this and work gently and wisely with it, we discover that the body’s propensity to heal surpasses our wildest imagination. To attain my goal of balancing your whole animal, I will provide you with the tools you need to stimulate your animal’s innate ability to heal and regainbalance. These tools will include holistic remedies & therapies based upon your animal’s constitution. They are meant to strengthen your animal’simmune system and should have more healing capability which may have a favorable impact on dis-ease. Remedy suggestions may include diet modification, lifestyle change, exercise,chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, herbs, nutritionalsupplements, homeopathy. Because holistic care is individualized, the initial visit, normally scheduled for 1 hour, cantake up totwo hoursand consistprimarily of answering your questions, and gathering a symptom profile so that an appropriate plan can be devised.

Enclosed you will find an intakeform, office policy, disclosure, and consent agreement. Please bring these in with you, as well as bottles of any supplements andmedicines, if any, your animal is currently taking. A follow-up visit will be scheduled to check on progress and answer any questions or concerns, or introduce informationthat may havebeen forgotten, by you or me, during the initial visit.

OFFICE HOURS

Tuesday & Thursday – 10am - 12pm (Laser therapy, ONLY)

Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday – 2pm – 5pm (Bio-Energetic assessments)

FINANCIAL POLICIES

Payment, in the form of a check or cash, is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made. We do not accept insurance. There is a $20 fee for returned checks. There is a $110 charge for appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

If your animal is unable to travel, we can do an in-home visit. Requirements for a house call are:

a. A small, nice, quiet room

b. Those in attendance are restricted to one (1) guardian, the pet and K9BWell staff

c. No children

d. No interruptions

FEES

Bio-Energetic Evaluations: $55 - $180

Emergency Housecalls: $200 - $400

Phone and email Consultations: $60/hour

Remedies: $30 - $120 each as indicated by brand plus tax.

Package delivery: current 3rd party rate available
