Task 3: The roles and responsibilities of team members

Here is a short description of the members in Ann’s site team.- Ann—Ann has worked for the fundraising event for five years. This is her second year as team leader on the stalls. She is very good with details and knows a lot about the charity.
- Lindsay—Lindsay has worked on the stalls since he retired ten years ago. He is very warm and friendly, doesn’t like to lead but enjoys helping out. Last year he got quite tired working all day, so he is only going to help in the morning.
- Andrea—This is Andrea’s first time working on the event. She wants to help her community but doesn’t like big responsibilities. She is young and energetic, doesn’t know a lot about what the charity does but knows it helps people.
