stamped and addressed so that an entry number can be sent to you. In addition to your entry, have you enclosed the appropriate registration fee -£10 (motorcyles/stationary engines a donation)- Cheques payable to Appledore Recreation Ground Management Committee.
ALL PARTICIPANTS TO READ & SIGN
Appledore Recreation Ground Management Committee cannot accept responsibility for accident; theft or damage to property on the Recreation Ground. Exhibitors should ensure their insurance covers them for this type of event. The Committee also cannot accept responsibility for loss; damage or injury suffered by participants or exhibitors unless it arises directly from the negligence of the Committee or its representatives.
The Committee also requires: -
That all participants to have in force, for the duration of the event, appropriate insurance cover in accordance with Road Traffic Act.
That all vehicles brought by participants or exhibitors are maintained in a roadworthy condition and must comply with all legal requirements relating to their use on the Public Highway.
That dogs are kept under control and on a lead, due to the proximity of both grazing sheep, the Children’s Play Area and the movement of vehicles. That owners clear up after their dogs in accordance with Ashford Borough Council bylaws.
All entries are at the discretion of the committee.
