WIN-202 System
Version 10.2.17.02System ChangesFebruary 2017 Release
Summary of Changes
- DOLWIN-288
- If the EOL for an account is on the first day of the quarter (i.e. Jan 1, April 1, July 1, Oct 1) and the quarterly record for that account has employment, wages and/or contributions > 0, the EOL date should be changed to the 2nd day of that quarter (i.e. Jan 2, April 2, July 2, Oct 2) and the status set to Active (1).
- This check and change has been made in the EDIT routines.
- See the accompanying “DOLWIN288 - WIN EOL First Day of Quarter and Status Handling.docx” document in the “SPEC Documentation” folder in this zip file for details.
- DOLWIN-290
- If an EDI load record has a reactivation date with non-zero employment and/or wages but the UI/RUN (or UI/Master) in WIN has a status Code 2, the record was not being loaded. This has been fixed.
- DOLWIN-292
- The addition of the NAICS12 field was added to the FULL EQUI but it was not added to the Subset EQUI. This has been fixed with this release.
- The NAICS12 field will be in the same position in the subset file as it is in the FULL file.
- DOLWIN-293
- Ensure the edit routines look for the unknown value in the NAICS, ownership and county code fields and if it is unknown (?), the edit will flag.
- Update Edit 13 to make sure that County 900 is ONLY valid for MEEI 2. If any other MEEI is on the record with a county of 900, Edit 13 will flag.
- See the accompanying “DOLWIN293 - WIN Code Edits.docx” document in the “SPEC Documentation” folder in this zip file for details.
- DOLWIN-294
- Make sure the NAICS17 code is system-assigned on all directs and consolidations regardless of the status codes.
- See the accompanying “DOLWIN294 - WIN 2017 NAICS Revision Processing.docx” document in the “SPEC Documentation” folder in this zip file for details
- DOLWIN-295
- Allow users to use either MapQuest or Google Maps to map an address on the Address Tab.
- There are now two buttons for the user to choose:
- If the Street Address 1 is blank or unusable, the mapping will attempt to use Street Address 2. If both are blank or unusable, or the city or the state are blank, the user will receive a user-friendly message that the mapping cannot occur:
- Valid addresses will contain letters, numbers, spaces, commas and/or periods. Anything else will be ignored in the address line (i.e. the street address “1 Main St; Apt 2” will be interpreted as “1 Main St Apt 2”).
- If an address is a PO Box or the like, the address will be skipped/ignored (i.e. the street address “P.O. Box 22” will be skipped and not used).
- If a street address begins with “%” (a shorthand symbol for “In Care Of”), the address line is skipped/ignored and will not be used.
