Who is the iLead student?

1.  Self-motivated

2.  GPA between 2.6 and a 3.1.

3.  Proficient or close to proficient in STAR testing (or below in one area).

4.  Struggling mostly in one subject area, maybe 2, usually Math/Science

5.  No significant behavior problems

Variety of community services performed.

We are looking to expand events in the 2013-14 school year to have approximately 1 event per month. The events that have been discussed are (in no particular order):

1.  1 mixer per quarter for the first 3 quarters (1 at each site)

2.  Food truck fundraiser and iLead awards

3.  1 local college campus visit per semester

4.  College/career fair at a local college

5.  Guest speakers (approx. 1 per month. SCROC; Art Institute; FIDM, etc)

6.  iLead Games (each school will compete against the other for the iLead Cup) (physical and scholastic challenges)

7.  Comedy/Family Night
