MARRC Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet

MARRC Banquet. See your racetrack friends all dressed up—and not in leathers or whites! Applaud volunteers as they receive earned awards! Congratulate award winners voted the best of 2004 by their peers!
This year the banquet is FREE to all MARRC members in good standing! But you must RSVP by January 13th, 2005. Admission for nonmembers is $30 per person. Not sure if your membership is current? Check your status online at You may purchase or renew a membership by paying $20 when you sign in at the banquet; please indicate this under the membership section of the RSVP form below.
The cash bar opens at 6 p.m. for a one-hour social hour, and will be available all night. The program begins at 7 p.m., and includes a buffet dinner.

Directions: The banquet will be held in the restaurant on the second floor of the Courtyard by Marriott, 1960A Chain Bridge Road, McLean, VA. From the Washington Beltway, take exit 46A (Route 123, Chain Bridge Road toward Tysons Corner). Turn right at the second light onto International Drive, then left at the first light onto Greensboro Drive. The hotel is on the left.
Hotel Room Reservations: We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn adjacent to the Courtyard. Call 703-893-2100 by January 7th, 2005 to reserve a room at the Holiday Inn ($79.00 per night, or $89.00 includes breakfast for two at the Holiday Inn on Sunday morning).
