Art for Children, Individual music lessons
Prices
Art for Children £7 per hourly class (including materials)
Individual music lessons, Ballet, Watercolours Arranged with teacher
Art for Children: Lessons are administered in six termly blocks, but are invoiced for three times a year. Please tell us by the last lesson of term if you do not wish to continue the following term, otherwise we will presume you are continuing and will invoice and expect payment for the following term.
Refunds for missed lessons are not given, but if your teacher is away and we are unable to find cover or reschedule the lesson, we will refund the lesson, usually on the next invoice. In extreme weather conditions, we will do our best to give the lesson, but if lessons need to be cancelled for this reason, we regret we cannot refund the lesson fee.
A trial lesson is offered before committing to the course, costing £7.
Individual music lessons, Ballet, Watercolours: All arrangements are made with the teacher, who will advise you of how they work with regard to trial/missed lessons, fees and notice periods.
General
· The school runs during school terms only, in line with Oxfordshire LEA, which operates a six-term year. In the case of Saturday or Sunday lessons, we usually meet on the first weekend of holidays.
· We cannot accept responsibility for cheques lost in the post.
· If operational or financial changes are necessary, Matrix will give a term’s notice.
· Parking at Matrix: During the week and before 6pm please do not park directly in front of the offices opposite our building. You may park anywhere at weekends. An overflow car park is available further up The Nursery road.
· Lessons and concerts may sometimes be photographed or filmed – please let us know if you are not happy for photographs of your child to appear on our literature or around the building. We would always ask permission before putting up photos onto our website.
· We would ask that students and their families are respectful of the premises. Please do not take food or drink into the classrooms. Parents/carers are welcome to use the kitchen: tea and coffee is usually available – please wash your cup and leave a donation. Children should not be left unsupervised. Thank you.
