The programme runs for a period of 3 years with different beneficiaries respectively
Success service providers will enter into none automatic renewable performance contract with the college or the period indicated as programme duration Service providers shall make the following provision: Tools and Equipment

Protective Clothing
Work placing

Evaluation criteria

Company’s proof of accreditation with relevant Seta
Two years training experience in the college Sector
Company profile
The art presentation
Student management knowledge
Management of portfolio of evidence
Unit standard Content knowledge (composition of the unit standard)
Preference shall be given to companies with good track record in college training programme
Moderators and assessor CV relevant to the course
BEE Certificate

Terms and Conditions

Evaluation Functionality presentation (above 60 % will go to the next step of evaluation and adjudication)
Skills programme 80/20 preferential pointing system shall apply
Learnership programmes 90/10 preferential pointing system shall apply
Quality and cost based selection (QCBS)
At the end of the term the company should have capacitated the college as follows: college accreditation

Learners Certification from the relevant Seta’s
NB: Company with training capacity where learners could be trained in their business premises should make an indication in their bid document.

Only cash or bank guaranteed cheque made out to Vhembe TVET Main Account at FNB: A/C No 62051338187: Branch Code 269149 will be acceptable.
N.B. Briefing Sessions will be done for security at Makhado Campus (Louis Trichardt) on the 21 August 2017 at 11:00
N.B.THOSE WHO BOUGHT AND SUBMITTED TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR THIS BID, NEED NOT TO BUY AGAIN BUT HAVE TO COLLECT THEM AND RESUBMIT NEW TENDER DOCUMENT TOGETHER WITH THE RECEIPT ATTACHED
All bids will remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time and date of opening. Late submissions, telegraphic, telefax or e-mail transmission tender will not be accepted. Vhembe TVET College does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to accept a tender as a whole or in part.
All tenders and supporting documents must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender Bid Name and Number as well as the
station / campus where it is required ” and must be deposited in the respective tender box as indicated in the advert at Central Office, Site No 203, Sibasa, Limpopo, not later than 25 August 2017 and 01 September 2017 for at 11:00 for all the bids.
