Welcome Reception 6:15p.m. to 7:15p.m.
FRIDAY, JUNE 5th Set-up 7:30a.m. to 10:00a.m.
Exhibits Open:11:15a.m. to 1:00p.m.
11:30a.m. to 12:45p.m. (Lunch in exhibit area)
2:30p.m. to 3:30p.m.
SATURDAY, JUNE 6th Exhibits Open: 7:15a.m. to 8:00a.m. (Breakfast in exhibit area)
Break: Refreshment: 9:15a.m.-10:15a.m.
Exhibitor Cash & Prize Drawing 10:00a.m.
Teardown: 10:30a.m.
TABLETOP: $275.00
NO TABLE-TOP but sponsor receptions $____________
Payment and registration form MUST be in by May 15, 2015 to assure your company name on the exhibit board.
We are limited to 40 tabletops, first paid first served.
Tabletop Fee and sponsorship helps to pay for the Exhibit Room, Friday and Saturday Reception
