Hello John,
I just wanted to give you some feedback from the meeting on Sunday. From what I can see so far, I feel very happy that Michael will be playing in your organization.I have heard many good things about you around town and from my son Anthony. I can see it is all true. Your managers for the teams seem very knowledgeable and willing to devote valuable time to helping the kids out. What I am saying is all of your team’s coachesseem to be real good. I just thought I would relay this to you. Just wanted to tell you my thoughts and I am sure I will enjoy the summer with you and your crew.
I am looking forward to having you as a new friend for both Michael and myself.
See you soon. Rob
John,
I have been meaning to thank you for that GREAT letter of recommendation that you gave Rob. I know he does not always show great effort, but we truly believe all you said in the letter and I do appreciate you giving it to Rob. I have always said that, to me, agood coach is someone who has helped to make my son a better player and teammate. There is nobody I would rather see him playing for than you next summer. Although his college coach would not be bad either! By the way, maybe you can talk to Rob a little about college, because I think he is a little confused.
Any input from you would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob

Hi Coach,
Matt called Karen and said it's going real well. He said he ran a 6.9 in the 60 yd dash twice. He also said that an assistant coach from Franklin and Marshall saw his A's shirt and asked Matt ifhe played for you. Apparently he knows you. I think he is from Miler Place. I didn't get his name. Also, the head coach told Matt he spoke to you.
I can't thank you enough for your support and the nice things you say about Matt.
Rich
Coach,
I just want to let you know that I think you are the man. I really enjoy reading these e-mails. I am very happy with the decision I have made to just mainly focusing on Fall Baseball. There is nothing better being around you, Coach Joe, Coach Henry, and Coach AJ. I have to admit that you guys truly know the game of baseball and understand what it takes to win. This is definitely the most organized and professional team I have been with in baseball. I enjoy being involved in everything we do together as a team. Something tells me that with the coaching and the group of kids we have something extremely good will happen. Today I spent 11 hours playing baseball and I enjoyed every second of it. Right now I feel that I am an asset to the team at first base defensively. On practice Friday and today’s intersquad scrimmage with the Cougars I have learned so much from Coach Joe. He is a great guy and I really enjoy being in his presence.
Finally, even though it may not seem like it I really am starting to feel more comfortable at the plate.
Sincerely,
Peter

Coach,
I just wanted to thank you again for this past summer. It was a great experience playing with new teammates and a new coaching staff. I do have to say; I enjoyed summer baseball very much. Even thoughI didn’t get to play much because of my injury, I did learn a lot more about the game and how the gameis suppose to be played. I also want to thank you and the coaching staff for all your help. I just wanted to let you know I started up college and it is going well, I amkeeping myself very busy. Hope all is going well for you too. Hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
John

Hey Coach,
I just wanted to let you know that I made the high school. I just wanted to thank you and the other coaches once again for all the help over the off- season. I truly believe that I learned and fixed a few aspects of my game with you coaches, which contributed to me making the team.
Thanks,
Andrew
John,
Alex made the Varsity team!I can't thank you enoughfor writing that e-mail to the coach; I believe it made all the difference. Alex is on cloud nine. It's an incredible confidence boost, especially for a kid like Alex as you can imagine. Not to mention that he should get ingreat shape for the summer season after practicing hard for a couple of hours every day
until then! Again, many thanks for everything. As always, it'sgreatly appreciated.

Hi John,
I know this sounds corny but Alex and I have been counting our blessings all summer thatwe foundyour team and that you believed in him.He talks constantly about the team and is very proud thathe is a part of it. He is so lucky to have you as a role model and the other coaches have been wonderful to him, too. He is learning so many lessons this summer--about life and baseball--through your leadership. He loves his teammates, too. He said every single kid on the team is someone he likes and that everyone gets along. It is very unique I think and I credit you. Without sounding mushy, you have been a lifesaver for Alex and I thank you.
Thanks,
Laurie

Thanks,

______
Coach,
My time with the Athletics from that very first fall season to last summer and fall and then again this summer has been one of the best times of my life. The people I have met and teammates I have played with will always be with me and have helped shaped me into the person I am becoming. I now have a group of friends from all over Long Island and wouldn't have that if I didn't play for you. You have helped me immensely over the past two years with not only the college and baseball aspect of things but just given me things to use and guide me in life. I really appreciate all that you have done and don't know where I would be or what I would have done without all of your help. Last year winning the championship was awesome and although we didn't have the success this year I still had a fantastic time. Thank you for everything and tell Coach Pamo thank you for everything he has done also.
I will stay in touch, and I wish you the best of luck in the upcoming seasons and continuing to build a very successful organization.Thank you very much,
Dan
John,
I know the Coach at Post University is relying on the conversation he had with you concerning Travis and for that we wanted to sayTHANK YOU!I didn't realized how much Travis wanted to play baseball in college until I was sitting next him during the coach's interview. His eyes were wide open and he had an excitement in him I haven't seen in a long time. The Coach told him that the present first baseman would be a senior next year so the position would be his as a sophomore. He loved that! He also mentioned that he loves left-hand pitchers. So thank you again for being there for Travis.

Thanks again. Keep up the good work.I look forward to many future "seasons" together.

______
John, I just wanted to drop you a note thanking you for your recent conversations with my son. While most parents would be concerned with feedback on individual performance and skill honing, my thanks is more centered on context of your feedback, its insight and impact.
As my son has the utmost respect for you, your knowledge, insight and opinions your feedback not only gets applied to baseball but to the many other decisions he has to make for himself in the coming months. Your impact on my son's confidence and character has positively impacted his philosophy to music, a career choice, and teaching others in the future. The influence of your Programs values have guided him to best represent himself in interviewing with others about his goals and the confidence to attain them.
As parents, we get to experience the growth of our kids everyday, as coaches we hope to positively influence our players to enhance their skills for a sport and more importantly for life, just thought I would let you, we appreciate your impact on our son's life.
All the best!
