Get travel authorizations in to Nancy Morrison for the State Summer Conference. Paul will be joining them this summer. June 16-18.
Department Updates
The Dean wants monthly updates on the CSI 2+2 program in Twin Falls. She wants to keep up-to-date to know how this is progressing, so that she can talk it up.
PSC sent back our online teaching endorsement because it’s not 20 credits. Paul has linked the video to the agenda. Start watching at 1 hour and 9 minutes. The bottom line is that these do need to be 20 credits, although some may be waived.
Strategic Plan Report. It is still in BbLearn as a Wiki. Please get in there and contribute ASAP. It’s due to the Dean in about two weeks.
DR. Dan Campbell has successfully defended his dissertation!
Dr. Dan met with Jeanne Stevenson regarding accreditation. The Dean expects every department to have assessment data and strategic plans ready to go for this fall. She wants to be above the norm.
Be sure to collect data at the end of this semester. John is going to send out a survey that he uses. Run focus groups. We should be discussing this data in August.
Raymond returned to the reports to the Dean re: 2+2 program. He and the Dean have been talking about international recruitment.
Summer and Fall Schedules
Take a look at these schedules and make sure they are accurate.
Moscow Move

University Council for Workforce and Human Resources
Jim Gregson will be there. This is the day after Summer Conference. If anyone wants to stay in Boise for this, that would be fine.
Next Meeting

Paul highlighted April 25 as the All-College Meeting. The Provost will be there to talk about FFF.
Can we get a videoconference link in Twin Falls for Dave? If not, Dave could drive over to Boise to join.
