DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
Edgewood College is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Center for Healthcare Education and Simulation. The Administrative Assistant will provideawiderangeofadministrativesupporttostaff,courses,participants,andvisitors. The Administrative Assistant will work 19hoursperweekduringtheacademicyear(September-May); 12hoursperweekduringsummer(JuneAug).
Part-time (12-19 hours/week; M,W,F)

preparecorrespondence, meetingpackets,andothercenterdocuments
monitorandmaintainofficeequipment
tidyandmaintainthereceptionarea
Courseassistance:
- processparticipantenrollments,confirmations,andcancelations
- processpaymentsforcourses
- preparecoursematerialsforparticipants
- prepare,mail,andtrackcoursecertificationdocumentsforparticipants
- assistwithorderinglabandclassroommaterials
- assistsimulationspecialistswithlabandclassroomsetupandtakedown
- assistwithclassroomvideorecordings
- assistparticipantswithlunchorders
- enterevaluationandcoursestatisticaldataintospreadsheets;preparereports
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Necessary Education or Work Experience:
