Chuck Poe
Chuck Poe has served Second Baptist Church since January 2008. He has been in student ministry for 25 years. He has served churches in Kentucky and in Florida. He is married to Samantha of 25 years and they have four children – Caleb, Elizabeth, Mary and Phoebe.
Eric Walker
Pastor Eric Walker has served as Senior Pastor of Franklin Community Church for the past 8 years. He was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana and he moved his family to Bowling Green, Kentucky in 1999. It was there when God radically changed his life. He truly believes with all his heart that God is still in the transforming business. He has the unique ability to preach to a multi-generational and multi-cultural congregation. He meets people where they are whether they are rich or poor,young or mature, educated or uneducated, businessman or ex-con.
Joe Ball
Joe grew up in Bullitt County Kentucky, and consider the small community of Zoneton as my hometown. My family has been in this area for over 100 years.
Joe is currently the pastor at First Baptist Church Russellville Kentucky.
He was a former Youth Pastor at Edgewood BC in Hopkinsville for 12 years, KY.
Joe has been married to Gina for over 30 years. We have two adult children: a daughter (Karen) who teaches preschool in Louisville,and a son, Jordan and his wife Kaitlyn who live in Bowling Green, KY.
Connoisseur of Diet Mountain Dew, Ale 8, Wings, and all things UK.
Joe has been a part of changers since its beginning.
Steve Coleman
Steve Coleman serves as Minister to Youth and Families at First Baptist Church in Richmond, KY.He is “veteran” Youth Minister with over 30 years of experience. Steve has had articles published in Parenting Teens Magazine, been on several ideation conferences with Lifeway Sunday School materials, is a Regional Consultant for Crossings and the KBC for the Northern Kentucky Region in Youth Ministry. He has taught numerous Super Saturdays for the KBC in all regions of our state. Steve also is a Campus Coach for First Priority at Madison County High School in Richmond. As a Youth Minister he loves to help other Youth Ministers connect, network, and helping them grow their ministry for the kingdom. Steve has been a Kentucky Changers Speaker now for many, many years connecting with students, volunteers, and home owners.
Matt McDougal

Lydia Walker
Lydia Walker is a singer/songwriter and worship leader from Cunningham, TN. Since 2004, she has been writing and performing her own songs, accompanied by her acoustic guitar and occasionally ukulele. She has performed at coffee shops, colleges, weddings, festivals, and led worship for many churches. Her goal is to inspire people with a message of hope.
Alex Watkins
Alex serves as New Friendship’s Worship Pastor. He leads every Sunday with the aim of Christ as the focal point of the gathering. Alex has served at New Friendship since 2011. Alex heads up the Worship Choir and Worship Band and is over the music department at New Friendship. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University. He and his wife Meghan have one son – Jude.
