“Recollections of a Rural Life”
Speaker: Mrs Heather Suriano
In 2012 Mrs Suriano spoke to us of “Stories I would like to pass on to my grandchildren”
This was a fascinating talk about life in rural Victoria and we would love to hear more.
Heather was born at Moralla, a small sheep farming district thirty miles north of Hamilton in the Western District. Her memory of living on a sheep station and the local church is detailed.
After attending MLC, Kew as a boarder, Heather graduated as an Occupational Therapist.
