.Updating Practice notice boards with new literature and campaign of the month which is ongoing.
.Looking into the underutilisation of Redcar Primary Care Hospital – services offered discussed and article to be published in local newspaper to highlight services available for the general public
.NHS Coatham Healthy Heart Initiative – one member involved in this. This scheme based in Redcar High Street has been a success although we now believe funding has been withdrawn for 2015/16 financial year.
.Friends and Family test – starting in January 2016 and is been monitored.
.On line services promotion for patients. This includes on line prescriptions which have been available at the surgery for some time. New to the practice is the Electronic Prescribing (EPS), set up in February 2015. Summary Care Record (SCR) patients will have access to view their medication and allergy data on line. From April 2015 patients will also be able to book appointments on line.
