Sample Work

Roy K. prepared an oral representation on Bullying at school.

He started with a question and asked the kids if they had ever met a bully or someone who had been bullied. Then he summarized the kids' answers and gave his main idea and explained what bullying is. He showed the class a short film (of 2-3 minutes) about bullying- the film was on a website called You Tube . Later, he gave the class more details about the topic. He prepared a Power Point Presentation with graphs and pictures and a few lines that he copied from a news article of a real bullying event. (He could have brought the real newspaper but he didn't have it.) When Roy used a new word he wrote it on the board and gave its definition.

Roy even added a song of a bullied school-boy to his Representation.

Roy spoke clearly and pronounced all the words correctly. He had no errors and he could answer his classmates' and teacher's questions.

His lecture was very interesting and well organized and he got an A+.
