IMPORTANT NOTICE:
There will be no school extra-curricular activities this Wednesday, 25th April, due to our departmental Whole School Evaluation (Inspection). Non-school activities such as gymnastics, etc. Will continue as normal.
Please remember that school will be closed from this Friday, 27th April until we open again on Wednesday, 2nd May 2012.
MOVIE-TIME:
The PTA will be playing a “Movie Time” for our children on Friday, 11 May 2012. Watch this space for further details. Please diarise this date!
UNIFORM:
Winter uniform may now be worn and is compulsory from 2 May 2012. The last day which summer uniform may be worn is Thursday, 26 April 2012. Please note that tracksuits or pants thereof may not be worn as winter uniform.
HOLIDAYS:
Please note that school will close on Thursday, 26 April, and open again on Wednesday, 2 May 2012.

PTA COMMITTEE MEETING:
The P.T.A committee will meet this Wednesday, 25th April at 6pm in the staffroom. If you are interested in joining this committee, please feel free to attend.
LUNCH BUDDIES:
Thank you again for your wonderful support last term. We hope to keep up the large number of sandwiches and fruit donated each Tuesday. Let us continue our service to the community this term. Please don’t forget to bring your sandwich and fruit tomorrow.
GUITAR LESSONS:
There will be no guitar lessons on Friday, 27th April 2012.
HOUSE POINTS:
Plovers came in first place last week and are the overall leaders. Well done!
CONGRATULATIONS:
Congratulations to the following girls for making it through the District Netball trials. Janet Kalu, Khezia Hoffman and Claire Slootmans.
Congratulations, to Janet Kalu for making it through the Intra District netball trials on Friday.
Congratulations to Michaela Fiamoi, Gr 2D, for taking part in the Ice Skating competition. She was one of only 3 contestants from each group to receive medals.
