TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.  For all items,

·  Place of delivery of material is Chief Rector, Hostel Campus, College of Engineering Pune-411 005.

·  Execution period is 10 days from the date of Work Order.

·  The quantity mentioned may vary as per requirement.

2.  Bid Price

a)  The contract shall be for the full quantity as described above. Corrections, if any, Shall be made by Crossing out, initialing dating and re writing.

b)  All duties, taxes and other levies payable by the contractor under the contract shall be included in the total price.

c)  The prices should be quoted in Indian Rupees only.

3.  Each bidder shall submit only one quotation.

4.  Validity of Quotation

Quotation shall remain valid for a period not less than 90 days after the deadline date specified for submission.

5.  Evaluation of Quotations

The Purchaser will evaluate and compare the quotations determined to be substantially responsive i.e. which

(a)  are properly signed ; and

(b)  Conform to the terms and conditions, and specifications.

The Quotations would be evaluated considering all items together with indicated quantity.

6.  Award of contract

The Purchaser will award the contract to the bidder whose quotations have been determined to be substantially responsive and who has offered the lowest evaluated quotation price. Notwithstanding the above, the Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to the award of contract without assigning any reason thereof.

7.  Payment shall be made immediately after successful completion of the work.

8.  Blank quotation forms can be obtained from hostel office College of Engineering Shivajinagar, Pune at the nominal cost of Rs. 100/-

9.  Payment – Payment will be made at the earliest after successful completion of the installation and commissioning of the generator and related electrical distribution network.

10.  Warranty - Minimum warranty 1 year from the date of commissioning.
