The provisions set forth on the reverse side are a part of this proposal and contract and

are incorporated into this page by reference.

Buffet Contract Provisions

Deposit:A minimum of $100.00 deposit is required on all buffets. The deposit will be fully refunded if 95% of confirmed guests are present for the buffet. Failure to meet the 95% requirement will result in the loss of the deposit.

Customer is responsible for 95% of confirmed reservation (if you book a party of 100 people and only 20 people show up, you will be charged for 95 people). However, you must not exceed your confirmed reservation unless authorized by a manager, and at that time a new contract will be drawn up.

Any leftovers will remain the property of Summit Hickory Pit BBQ.

Cancellations or alterations must be done at least 48 hours prior to the function in writing, or 100% of customers deposit will be forfeited.

Table arrangements should be discussed with your catering coordinator ahead of time. Upon arrival, customers, under no circumstances, will be allowed to rearrange the tables.

If you arrive before the scheduled time of your party you may wait in the bar or waiting area in the front until you are taken to your assigned tables.

Tax: Pricing does not include Missouri sales tax (7725%)

(We gladly accommodate tax-exempt organizations).

Payment is due in full at the time of the event.

A minimum of 18% gratuity will be charged to all buffets.

For parties that require additional time for meetings before or after the food has been served, there will be an additional charge of $100.00 per hr for room and $25.00 per hr per server. ______( Customer’s Initial)

Important:Customer and Summit Hickory Pit BBQ agree that this contract is the complete agreement between the parties, and that everything which the customer expects Summit Hickory Pit BBQ to perform is written here. Customer and Summit Hickory Pit BBQ further agree that this contract be modified in writing only, and no oral modification should be valid.

Bottled wine or champagne may be ordered for your event by request only. We do special orders for these items. Please discuss this with your coordinator.

Cake cutting fee is $39.00. This fee will include a server to cut and serve your dessert. The fee will include dessert plates, forks and napkins. (This is providing that you are to bring your own dessert).

The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted.
