Competitions will commenceonMONDAY 9TH OCTOBER

Competition Nights –

Monday Night:Men’s, Men’s 030’s, Women’s, Mixed

Tuesday Night: Women’s, Mixed

Wednesday Night: Men’s, Men’s 030’s, Men’s 040’s

Thursday Night: Men’s, Mixed, Women’s

IF YOU PLAY IN 2 DIFFERENT TEAMS ON THE SAME NIGHT YOU MAY BE PLAYING AT 2 DIFFERENT VENUES

All players must be at least 15yrs old to play in senior competitions

Rego Fees –$90 player/teamif you register prior to or on the registration nights

(A minimum of 8 players must be paid for on rego night or your team will not be included in the competition draw)

Late Rego - $100 player/team for all players that pay registration after registration nights

All players must have an Individual Registration number - Please see reverse Shorts $30 Tights $30

Official Oztag shorts/tights must be worn at all times whilst playing. These will be available at all rego nights. No homemade Shorts/Tights are permitted on the field.

Eftpos facilities will be available at all rego nights.

There is a 1.25% surcharge on all transactions. Please note we do not take AMEX

On Rego Night teams must:

• Pay for a minimum of 8 players
• Submit a completed rego form, including Individual Rego numbers, signatures & signed and dated Conditions of Play

Rego Nights – Will be held a Cronulla Golf Club

Hume Road, Cronulla 2230 from 6:30- 8:30pm

Monday 4th Sept, Wednesday 6th Sept,

Wednesday 13th Sept & Monday 18th Sept

We do not take team rego payments over the phone during the week of rego nights.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP TO AOSA:Players are now required to manage their individual registration online. There is no fee attached with individual registration/membership with AOSA.

At the beginning of each season, players will need to login and activate their membership.

Players will not be considered as “registered” until their membership has been activated.

Failure to activate will affect a player’s representative eligibility and insurance cover.

Uniform:

Official Oztag shorts/tights must be worn at all times whilst playing.

Shorts: $30/pairTights: $30/pair

These will be available at all rego nights. No homemade shorts/tights are permitted on the field.

All team playing tops must be the same colour. All shirts must have a different number. All playing tops must be long enough to be tucked into shorts/ tights. Teams have until round 4 to organise this.NO TANK SINGLETS

Forfeits:

If your team needs to forfeit a game, please advise the office on 9531-0966 before 3pm on day of play. Teams that fail to advise the office prior to 3pm will incur a $25 forfeit feeand be deducted 1 competition point. Teams are not permitted to play again until this fee has been paid. Any team that forfeits 2 games without notifying the office or convenor before 3pm will be removed from the competition. Teams, who forfeit 3 or more times, even with adequate notification, may also be removed from the competition.

Please note, refunds will not be provided to any teams who are removed from the competition.
