Luxembourg Linda

Affiliate is in lapsed status, Linda will put the decision to terminate the affiliate on the board agenda in january. There is already a new group interested in forming a new affiliate, this is only possible when the exisiting affiliate has been terminated officially.

Romania

Linda has received an email from Gabriel Matei Toma complaining about restriction of accepting new member and lack of activity of HL7 Romania.

Since, in our understanding, this is not directly a ADDC issue, we will not answer to the email. Nevertheless I ( Beat) will ask a colleague in Romania to try to get information about the bylaws and the “presence” of HL7 Romania

Mexico

New group interested in forming HL7 Mexico. This will be the third or fourth try in Mexico

Russia

HQ has received a request from HL7 Russia to translate the certification test material into Russian. This is an information only.

Rewording Terms of References

In the past we did not always follow the principles of the ADDC Terms of References, when doing the interviews.

Two members of the committee will be assigned to contact each of the persons signing the petition (1 from the Board and 1 Affiliate Rep)

We did the interviews in the past only with five petitioners and a member of the ADDC. Linda was proposing to change the wording, to reflect the existing situation.
