GMW2017 Reporting Form
This Form is used to collect information regarding the events and activities that you are planning for the 6th edition of Global Money Week (GMW) that will take place 27 March - 2 April 2017. This form consists of two parts:
· PART 1 – to be filled out BEFORE Global Money Week by 20 February 2017
· PART 2 – to be filled out AFTER Global Money Week by 10 April 2017
PLEASE NOTE! Given the short time between the GMW2017 and the Global Inclusion Awards 2017 (3 May 2017, Berlin, Germany), we are counting on your collaboration to gather the most accurate information on the activities that occurred during GMW2017 in your country as soon as possible after the activities are concluded. Hence, the reporting of activities planned (PART 1) is very important as these plans form the basis for the reporting which will have to be finalized (PART 2) by 10 April 2017. This information, alongside with the information provided in the planning phase, will be used to shortlist the finalists for the Global Money Week Award Category for the Global Inclusion Awards 2017.

· Please use the same form you already filled out and sent to us so we can easily match your initial plans (PART 1) with the events that actually took place (PART 2).
· The information provided is used for the CYFI and GMW social media channels and for the GMW report.
· We will also use the information provided to select nominees for the 2017 Global Inclusion Awards.
