1 / Welcome and Introduction - Cllr DR opened the meeting at 19.30 and welcomed those present.
DR reported that there will be no Police Officers present at the meeting.
2.0 / Matters Arising from Previous Meeting
2.1 / Minute Secretary – the gentleman who is interested in taking over the roll cannot be present at tonight’s meeting although he can come along to the next meeting. AM advised that it has not been confirmed that he will actually take over the post.
3 / Planning
3.1 / Cllr DR reported that the first of 5 houses of the planned 22 are going to be built. DR then reported AM reported that SMcR had sent round an email regarding the 5 new houses the Council will not let us know what has already been agreed and it has been ongoing for years. Cllr AY reported that the access and water services are already in place.
4 / Comrie Roads Report
4.1 / Dalginross Gas Works - DR reported that SMcR forwarded correspondence to him to advise that the ongoing works will not be completed until the end of January and beginning of February.
4.2 / Melville Lane – SMcR - AM reported that he thinks the residents of Melville Lane are responsible for the upkeep of the Lane. CM reported that SMcR had spoken to Peter Bickmore-Dundas and a further update will be provided at the next meeting. / CY
4.3 / Dalginross – CM reported that there is a pothole on the Dalginross side of the bridge by the entrance to the Field of Refuge. To be carried forward. / CY
5.0 / Treasurer’s Report
5.1 / JG reported the following balances in the CCC Bank Accounts:

6.0 / Secretary’s Correspondence
6.1 / SMcR reported that unfortunately the form to appoint the new Secretary was not received by PKC in time for the new Secretary to be appointed in time for this evenings meeting. / SMcR
6.2 / Carleton Place Twinning – SMcR No further update and will be carried forward. / SMcR/GL
6.3 / IMcL reported that SMcR, John King and Neil Aitken and IMcL had attended the resilience workshop being held at the Fire Station in Perth on Saturday 5th November Comrie’s plan basically covers everything they said although there was some technical updates regarding telephone numbers etc. AM reported that new groups are given our plan as an example.
7.0 / AOCB
7.1 / Dalchonzie DR reported that he has had no further update but he has been up to see the site and there is no evidence of any new rubbish being dumped and he will keep an eye on the situation. IMcL reported that there is signs of a lorry being up in the area. / DR
7.2 / Pooling of Water in Drummond Street. No further updates and will be carried forward. / C/F
7.3 / Speeding & Road Sinage – SMcR has had no further updates on this and will be carried forward to next meeting.
7.4 / Shaky Bridge SMcR No further update and will be carried forward to next meeting / SMcR

7.6 / Core Path – SMcR No further update and will be carried forward to next meeting. / SMcR
7.7 / Parking at Graveyard DR no further update and will be carried forward. / DR
8.0 / Councillors Reports
8.1 / DR asked if there is going to be an afternoon/late night opening when the village lights are switched on. DR reported that he will contact PKC with a view to putting the lights up the following Sunday. DR also reported that he will collect Christmas Trees from Mostyn Morgan, Dalchonzie Wood for the village, one for the School, two for the Parish Church, one for the Square, one for The White Church. / DR
8.2 / Skatepark Maintenance. No further updates and will be carried forward / JG
8.3 / Cllr AY reported that works the Council offices at 2 High Street, Perth is now complete. / SMcR
8.4 / AM reported that he had received an email regarding registering the defibrillators in the village and he has dealt with this
8.5 / AM reported that SMcR had forwarded him an email regarding an exchange workshop, Social, Economic and Geographic Society regarding Government research and resilience based at Birnam Art Centre.
7.6 / Cllr AY reported that the next full PKC committee meeting will be held on 14th December and that the works are very much complete with better security etc. The Council will meet in the new Council Chamber which will give much better access as it is on the ground floor which is accessible.
9.0 / Co-Opting of New Secretary
9.1 / DR welcomed Alan Moffat to the meeting in his role as Secretary, proposed by LC and seconded by CY.
10 / Date of Next Meeting
The date of the next meeting was set for Thursday 12th January at 7.30pm due to the New Year holidays and will take place in Comrie Community Centre.
With no other matters arising DR declared the meeting closed.
