Please complete the attached order form and return to the Secured Essence Catering box located in the School Reception. Forms should be in a sealed envelope if containing payment on the Monday one week in advance.

Remember to fill out your child’s name and class clearly and write a numbered choice on the form without this information we will not be able to process your form.
Bacs payments should use reference starting Lan followed with the child’s name the reference is very important so we can trace payments.
