For your own personal reference you may view the bid on www.jfk.aa.com once published. This is an internal website and can not be viewed at home.

Follow these instructions to view the bid:

1.  Login to JetNet

2.  Type www.jfk.aa.com in the address bar

3.  Click on Ramp Svc Nov 8 Bid located on the far right under New York Links

4.  Maximize the page and click on the appropriate tab located on the bottom of the page

KEY DATES:

10/20 – Bid will be posted in Line Control, Employee Service Center and Employee Entrance and the www.jfk.aa.com website for viewing

10/20- Bid will be sent to each employee’ AA email account

10/24 – Bidding will be in progress (beginning @ 0600hrs)

10/25 – Bid results will be posted

10/27-10/28 - Vacation Operational relief bid will be available

10/31- Vacation Relief Operational Relief bidding will be in progress

11/8 – Bid effective date

·  VACATION RELIEF IS CALLED VACATION/OPERATIONAL RELIEF. IT WILL COVER VACATIONS PRIMARILY, BUT WILL ALSO COVER OPERATIONAL NEEDS. ACTUAL NUMBER OF OPERATIONAL RELIEF SHIFT COULD INCREASE OR DECREASE DURING BID

PROCESS DUE TO FLUCTUATION OF HEADCOUNT

·  PT OPS RLF MAY POSSIBLY COVER FT VACATION SPOTS

·  IN ORDER TO BE ALLOWED TO BID YOU MUST BE FULL DUTY OR HAVE A DRS. NOTE INDICATING THAT YOU WILL BE FULL DUTY ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF THE BID
