Centennial High School - Project Graduation - Registration/Agreement

May 21st, 2015 11:00pm - 6:00am

Following are the rules and procedures for attendees of Project Graduation, May 21, 2015:

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All students will be asked to provide a picture I.D. upon entry.

2. No tickets will be sold at the door.

3. Lock-in Policy requires that all graduates be present at the time of the "lock-in" and remain on the premises until the stated dismissal time. There will be no entry allowed after 12 midnight on May 21st, 2015.

4. No personal possessions will be allowed including pillows, blankets, backpacks, pocketbooks, & purses. You will be responsible for maintaining possession of your I.D. and car key at all times.

5. No food or drink can be brought onto premises.

6. Anyone who is found to be in possession of an unlawful substance will be turned over to the police, removed from the premises and taken to the police station.

7. Anyone who violates any of the following rules will be asked to leave the premises and their parent/guardian will be called to pick them up (regardless of age) - leaving the facility after the lock-in, refusing to follow the rules of the facility, exercising other bad/ unruly behavior at the event and/ or otherwise creating an environment that is unsafe for other participants at the event.

8. No one will be permitted to leave Andretti’s until 6 a.m. In the event of an emergency the student will be permitted to leave with a parent/guardian.
