Agenda

  3. Funding of phase 2

Minutes:

  1. Scope of work

The scope of DDR Phase 2 project is:

  1. Project management
  1. Necessary corrections and adjustments to the XML schema have been identified

 Misspelling of enumerated values

 Wrong data types used

 Some elements may be changed from ‘optional’ to ‘mandatory’ in the report

 Improvement of the user guide with respect to mandatory values

 Improvement of the error messages

  1. Use the standard ‘Semantic Annotation of Web Services and XML schema’ (SAWSDL) for references to the definitions of the XML elements in ISO 15926
  1. A common report layout should be developed

 Should be possible to use different logos

 Based on XSLT created in phase 1

  1. When updating the XML schema, possible coordination with Energistics might be appropriate
  1. A coherent distribution of DDR to licence partners in LicenseWeb (LW)

New DDR LicenseWeb functions

 Receive the data set from the operator through LW Web Services

 Validate the dataset towards DDR schema rules

 Validate the dataset towards NPD naming conventions

 Transform the DDR dataset to a standard PDF-report

 Store the DDR XML data and the PDF-version in secure LicenseWeb partner area

 Publish the DDR XML data to NPD using NPD Web Services (option)*

 Publish DDR XML data and PDF-version to the partners through LW Web Services

 New DDR LicenseWeb functions for extended partner reporting (option)**

 Splitting the data set into one regulator data set and one partner data set

 Update schema validation according to new OLF DDR schema

 Automatic notification to company if daily drilling data not sent according to schedule

* DDR XML data can be posted directly by operator as done today (ref “Current route to regulators” on previous slide)

** This is the same way of handling drilling data as production data (as tested and verified in the OLF MPR project)

Hence the scope of this project will be to distribute the Daily Drilling Report as submitted to PSA to the license partners in LW.
