Spring 2016 Operations Management MW 11:00AM-12:15PM
Required Text: Quantitative Analysis for Management /10e; Render, Stair and Hanna; Pearson Prentice Hall (make sure the book has a CD)
Prerequisites: CISC 1050, BUSN 3200 and ECON/BUSB 3400.
Class Objectives:
Study in managerial decision making to become familiar with and learn how to solve a wide range of operation management problems.
Test/Grading Policy:
(a) Three exams (including the final) - 75% (b) Homework 15% (c) 2 short papers 10%. The final grade is curved. Attendance and class participation can impact your grade as well.
Classes will not meet on Monday, Feb 15; Wednesday, March 23; Monday, April 25 and Wednesday, April 27. The final exam is May 25th, 10:30AM – 12:30PM.
