Create Your Own Government
Your group will be assigned a type of government. To create your government you must include the following things:
- Set 10 rules for the new government
- Write a one page argument to convince your citizens (Ms. Thompson) that the laws you have selected are fair and good
- Explain why your leader or group has the right to rule (1/2 page)
In all, your group will turn in 3 pieces of paper (laws, argument, explanation). Make sure that the handwriting is legible. If I can’t read it, I don’t grade it.
Put all group members’ names on the top of the first page as well as the type of government you were given.
