Expected Fee’s For Athletes Names to Regional Team (for future use):

●Sport Manitoba Manitoba Winter Games Final Team Registration Fee - $175

●Manitoba Badminton Association MWG’s Final Team Registration Fee - $50

●*Alternate Registration Fee is $100 total*

●Registration Fee for Regional Super Series Tournament – About $45

Final Team Members Fee Includes:

●Minimum of two team practices

●Team On-Court Uniform (Shirts)

●Team Off-Court Uniform

●2018 Manitoba Winter Games travel, accommodations, meals & competition

So that all athletes may be evaluated on overall badminton skills, all players will be required to play all events as part of the athlete identification. During the training period, the players who have made the training team will have the opportunity to play singles, doubles and mixed doubles.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry in the name of the Manitoba Badminton Association (MBA) Team Interlake Athlete Identification Camp, Training Team and Final Tryouts, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, waive any claims to which I may become entitled for injury or damage, and release the MBA and all other organizers, sponsors, representatives, their agents and employees and any other person or organization assisting in this event from any claims for damages or injury suffered by me as a result of my participation in, or traveling to, or from, this event, notwithstanding that any such loss, injury or damage may have arisen by reason of the negligence of anyone or more of the aforesaid parties, their servants, agents or employees. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this program and am aware that participation could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and picture in broadcast, telecast, or written account of this program.
