***READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY FROM START TO FINISH BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION!***

  1. Remove door seals in the top front area of the doorwhere light mount

bracket’s will be installed.

  1. Lay out the template in the base of the rain gutter and line up “Roof and A-Pillar Seam” with front of template as noted.
  2. Hold the template up to truck and mark the 3 corresponding holes.
  3. Drill marked holes using a 1/8” pilot drill bit and drill up to 3/8”.
  4. Place supplied Grip-Sert into the drilled holes. Use the tool provided to fasten Grip-Sert into place by tightening down the bolt and allowing the center nut to move freely ensuring that the Grip-Sert does not turn while tightening bolt. (It is recommendedto use a small amount of silicone to splined area of grip-sert while installing.)
  5. Fasten brackets to vehicle using supplied stainless steel bolts.

(It is recommendedto use a small amount of silicone on the bolt.)

  1. Install Rigid Industries 50” L.E.D. light bar to bracket kit using hardware supplied with the light bar.
  2. Route power wires down the rain gutter between the windshield and door seal and continue to wire light bar as noted in the light bar instructions.

RETORQUE ALL NUTS AND BOLTS AFTER 100 MILES AND PERIODICALLY THEREAFTER.

Also excluded from this warranty are sales outside of the United States of America and Canada.SoCal SuperTrucks obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at SoCal SuperTrucks’ discretion, ofthe defective product. Any and all costs of removal, installation or re-installation, freight charges and incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.

We do not warranty any other product not directly manufactured by SoCal SuperTrucks.

Some finish damage may happen to parts during shipping and is not covered under warranty.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been improperly installed, modified or customized subject to accident, negligence, abuse or misuse.
