Logans Fund Talent Showcase – Tickets are now available for sale for the Logan’s fund charity event on Tuesday the 28th of March at 7pm. Adult tickets are £5, concession tickets are £3. These will be available in Drama at Mrs McDonald’s room during break and lunch on Monday and Thursday. Even if you can’t make it to the event raffle tickets will also be for sale in B55, to win prizes from our raffle supported by local businesses.

Dress Down Day – Our final fundraising event of the year will be a dress down day on the last day of term on Friday the 31st of March. Please bring along a donation for Logan’s fund.

Comic Relief Bake Sale – Comic relief event will be a charity bake sale on the 25th of March.

Health and Wellbeing Event – There will be a HWB event in the hall on Friday 24th March. Pupils should report to class and be accompanied to the hall by their teachers. Period 2 will be S1, period 3 for S2 and period 4 for S3 pupils.

Speaker’s Corner Today – come and hear Kacper Goralczyk talk about Current US Politics.

Waste Week Upcycling Competition - To celebrate waste week the eco group is holding an upcycling competition to see who can design the best upcycled project. Upcycling means transforming useless, unwanted products into better quality useful ones. Your challenge is to use the following list of products to create the most original upcycled item that you can think of. You can use only some of the items or all of them.

-  An old t-shirt, bottle caps, a flower pot, shoe laces, old bike tyre, paperclips, milk cartons, tin cans and plastic bottles.

There will be prizes for winners at senior and junior levels. You will also get the chance to maybe build your creation!

If you want to take part then complete your entry on a slip of paper that can be found in the registration folder (works of art are not required).

Entries will be collected in the registration folder. REMEMBER to put your name on it. (Eco committee)

Duke of Edinburgh All pupils participating in the Duke of Edinburgh Expedition Training this Friday should Register as normal and then meet in the Canteen area at 8.55am. Please wear the clothes you plan to use for the Expedition and bring all your equipment with you (tents and stoves will be given out on Friday.)

Hockey Club is back!!!! Dear all hockey clubbers and new members, please come and join Miss Scholes and Mrs Robertson on Tuesday 18th of April 3.20-4.30pm (first week back after easter holidays) to kick start the club again. Bring along your friends. Any playing ability level welcome! Big shout out to any S1/S2’s who fancy coming along for the first time to try it out. Any questions pop along to B29. Thanks (SS)

Vehicle Painter– Modern Apprenticeship - GTG are looking to recruit an apprentice who will be based in the paint shop and will learn all aspects of preparing vehicle surfaces for masking, priming and painting before buffing and polishing the paintwork of panels to a suitable finish. Applicants must have or expect to gain National 4 English, Maths, Technical Studies or Craft & Design. It is essential that applicants are literate, numerate, reliable and keen to learn. Hours of work are Monday to Friday and will secure on completion an SVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Paint and Refinishing. Please contact Jen Miller at for further information.
