Academic Performance Reflection Form
Undergraduates at Rice are sometimes faced with a variety of challenges that can result in poor academic performance. Often knowing that you are not the only student at Rice who may be experiencing challenges that have impacted your academic progress is helpful. Moreover, taking the time to better understand your individual obstacles, what lead to them, what you can do to ameliorate them and what you can do to prepare yourself for future success at Rice is an important step.
This form is meant to provide an opportunity for you to personally reflect on your performance over the last semester and your future academic goals. The reflection is meant for your own use, and the form will also help Rice better understand your situation in the advising process.
