Technique Challenge—STC 5016 Paper PiecingChallenge Details
This week’s technique challenge is the Paper Piecing technique. You can review the video tutorial presented by Holly of Stampin’ Up! by clicking here. Show us your creation or what you found on the internet that will inspire you and ‘pin’, ‘pin’, ‘pin’ to SUDSOL.
Challenge Rules
Just pin your creations (or samples you found elsewhere that fit the challenge) to one of your boards and add STC 5016 as a tag. If you are pinning your own creations, take a minute to fill in some details like the name of stamp set and colors used. Add any other tags that apply. If we have at least five samples we can give away one week of free SUDSOL time (time will be added to the winner’s membership). How great is that?! So don't wait, you have until Sunday, December 18, at 5:00 PM (EST). Doesn’t everyone love a challenge? Again, don't forget to tag your entry STC 5016 so I can search and pull up the technique challenge samples for that week. The participant with the most qualifying entries will be the winner.
SUDSOL Design Challenge – SDC43 2017 Occasions Catalog Thinlits
Last week the challenge was to use one of the stamp sets from the new Occasions catalog. This week it is to use one of the wonderful dies from the new mini catalog.

15Minute Business Builder Tasks
- December 12: Take 15 minutes today and create a flyer, notice, or letter about you and your business. Already have your flyer? Get out there and put them up/out in at least 3 places today!
- December 13:Take 15 minutes today and plan your card swap design.
- December 14:Take 15 minutes and make a phone call to the customers who were at your most recent party/event. Make sure you thank them for coming, and offer any help they might need.
- December 15: Take 15 minutes and look at these 2 key items: 1) Are you on track to meet your sales goals for the month? 2) Is your downline on track to meet monthly or quarterly sales minimums?
- December 16:Take 15 minutes and plan at least 3 blog posts.
- December 17:Take 15 minutes today and make 10 business card holders.
- December 18:Shoebox Advertising: Create or prepare shoebox with supplies, and instructions to create a card (perhaps even just a paper pumpkin kit you haven't completed??) and ask to leave at one of these places with a note/flyer on the box that invites people to take a minute to themselves, and enjoy some creativity!
