Cancellation Policy: No charge if order is cancelled prior to shipment.

Terms for Returned Products: The return of products without a written authorization by Cardinal Sound shall not be accepted. Requests for authorized returns must be submitted to Cardinal Sound within 30 days after receipt of order. The customer is responsible for return freight charges.

Export Packing Charge:

Cardinal Sound products are packed to Commercial Level C export pack. Packaging to other levels is outside the scope of this contract, but will be quoted upon request.
