Description / “I Philimon Osborn of the parish of St.Dinnis in the Countey of Cornwall being at this Time Weak in Body but of a Sound and perfect mind and Memory Blessed be God for the Same. But Calling to mind the Uncertainty of this Mortal Life and not knowing how Soon it may please Almighty God to Take me out of this present World do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament. First I bequeath my Soul to God hopeing for forgiveness of all my Sins Through the Merrits and Meditation [Mediation] of Jesus Christ my Ever Blessed Saviour and Redeemer and my Body to a Decent Christian Burial as my Executorax here in after Named shall think fit and as for the Worldly Goods with which it hath pleased Almighty God to Bless me with I Give and Bequeath in Manner and form following, (that is to say)”
