Assignment: During our Ratios & Proportions Unit, we solved word problems involving shopping, temperature, bank transactions and several other real-world applications of percentage. Your assignment is to create and solve your own real-life word problem involving percentage. For this project you must show all your work and decorate your project with related pictures and art. Completing this assignment can enable you to earn up to 8 points to be combined with your tests and quizzes grade for the second marking period.

The snowfall accumulation in November totaled 6.8 inches. In December, the snowfall accumulation totaled 8.5 inches. One month later in January, the total snowfall accumulation was 19.2 inches. What was the percent change of the snowfall from November to December? From November to January? From December to January? Round all of your answers to the nearest tenth.
