Abstract
This plan will provide a step by step procedure for the assembly of the various hardware components of the ADCS subsystem.

1 Acquire Various Parts
The parts needed to assemble the ADCS hardware are as follows:
1 – 2” X 2” Magnetometer PCB
1 – 4” X 4” Main ADCS PCB
2 – 1” X 1” Rate Gyro PCB
3 – 47nF Surface Mount Capacitor
9 – 22nF Surface Mount Capacitor
9 – 100nF Surface Mount Capacitor
1 – 100kΩ Surface Mount ¼W Resistor
1 – 10kΩ Surface Mount ¼W Resistor
2 – 22µF Surface Mount Capacitor
1 – Zetex 605 BJT Transistor
1 – 10V Voltage Regulator
3 – Analog Devices ADXRS150EB Rate Gyro
1 – Honeywell HMC2003 3-Axis Magnetometer
3 – Texas Instruments opa569 High Power Op-Amp
12 – On Semiconductor VN0610LL High Power Switches
3 – 20Ω Surface Mount 2.5W Resistor
3 – Torque Rods sized according to specification
2 Solder Parts onto PCB’s
Individually place components onto the specified PCB according to the location illustrated in Appendix B and solder them on one at a time.
3 Connect PCB’s and Torque Rods Together
Use connectors specified in Appendix C in order to connect all of the PCB’s and torque rods.
