The Briefing Paper outlines that sustainable investment including green buildings and certified sustainable manufactured products, when compared to conventional investment, provides investors substantially more value and less risk. As part of the due diligence, investors representing more than $3.3 trillion in assets were surveyed. As the Briefing Paper notes, investors have a substantial appetite for sustainable financial investment products.
